“Hiropiiton” artistic workshop, respecting the Orthodox tradition and the liturgical character of the Ecclesiastical art, continues the famous art of goldwork embroidery from the Byzantine and modern era.
Our creations are characterized by excellent materials, high quality and a large variety of motifs. That appeals for new creations as well as for replicas of museum exhibits. We also provide conservation services on old goldwork embroidery.
Our field of expertise is the creation of bishop mitres. Our specialization, which emerged from many years of study and working experience, is reflected in our creations.
We also create embroidered parts of ecclesiastical vestments, such as epigonations, omophorion sets, cuffs (epimanikia), small embroidered icons decorating the vestments, crosses, etc…
